摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease both dimensions in axial and radial directions as compared with that in a three-speed transmission mechanism by forming a peripheral flange part inside and a hub part of the first drum to be freely engaged with/ disengaged from each other through the first clutch and a peripheral flange part inside and a ring gear of the second to be freely engaged with/disengaged from each other through the second clutch. CONSTITUTION:An internal surface of a rotary supporting part 112 in a drum 111 of a clutch C1 is spline-connected to an input shaft 15. A hydraulic servo for the clutch C1 is constituted by fitting a piston member 113 into the drum 111 of the clutch C1 while interposing a spring 116 between the piston member 113 and a stop ring 115 in the back surface of the piston member 113. Two piston members are fitted into the drum 117 of a clutch C0 with a small piston 123 housed in the recessed part of a large piston 122, and an engaging and disengaging hydraulic servo is respectively formed by a large piston 122 for the clutch C0 and by a small piston 123 for a clutch C3.
