PURPOSE:To automatically eliminate imperfect insertion when imperfect insertion of a lead wire is generated, by executing clinching operation bending lead wires after it is detected that the lead wires have been inserted into a circuit board. CONSTITUTION:A head mechanism descends, and the lead wires of held IC parts 11 are inserted into a circuit board 112. When this insertion is correctly performed, an LED 61 lights, and a detected signal is sent to a control unit 21 from a photo transistor 61. Then a driving signal is sent to a motor driver 45a from the unit 21, and a driving motor 44 is driven. Thereby a clinching mechanism 43 is operated, and clinching operation bending the lead wires of the IC 11 by clinch pawl is performed. |
