PURPOSE:To enable a remained water to be detected even if its volume is low and to enable an efficient hot water feeding operation to be carried out by a method wherein a releasing bath water sensing circuit is formed at the bottom part of a bath tub and a bath water sensing means is arranged in the sensing circuit. CONSTITUTION:Since a passage 21 is communicated and connected to the bottom wall of a bath tub 2, a remain water in the bath tub 2 if a little bit of water remains there is sucked by a circulation pump P and circulated in an additional firing circuit 3. A water flow switch 31 is turned ON and the presence of remained water can be judged. In the event that the remained water is present, the circulation pump P is stopped, a changing-over valve 25 is changed over to cause the additional firing circuit 3 to be shielded. In addition, a hot water feeding valve 11 is opened to supply hot water to the hot water feeding valve 11, a passage 22 and the bath tub 2 so as to start a hot water feeding operation. The hot water feeding operation is promoted while a water level in the bath tub 2 is being checked by a water level meter 34 arranged in the passage 21. When the water level in the bath tub 2 reaches a target water level and a hot water feeding completion signal is outputted from the water level meter 34, the hot water feeding level 11 is closed with a signal and then the hot water feeding operation is stopped. |
