PURPOSE: To support an internal conduit as to permit the thermal expansion and contraction, by vertically supporting it subject to temperature fluctuation, keeping a first shear means fixed around it to be aligned with a spool member, and further keeping it to be aligned with a second shear means fixed to the spool member supporting body. CONSTITUTION: A spool member 28 is supported by an outer shear lug 34 in a manner that it can be expanded and contracted horizontally or vertically as well as rotated with respect to an outer casing 14. An internal conduit 12 is supported by an internal ring 26 in a manner that it can be expanded and contracted freely horizontally and vertically and is rotatable with respect to the spool member 28. A complete independent movement is provided to both the internal conduit 12 and spool member 28 in optional direction. A collar 16 keeps the segment part of the internal conduit 12 in appropriate alignment state in the axial direction. Therefore, two level thermal insulations and two thermal expansion/contraction releasing methods can be provided while the internal conduit 12 is supported by the outer casing 14.
