<p>PURPOSE: To practically reconstruct an overlay-document laminated body after forgery by providing the layer of a hot melt adhesive material for which a glass transition temperature is specified on one surface of a transparent cover sheet and a polymer image receiving layer whose thickness is not larger than about 50μm on the exposed surface of the hot melt adhesive material layer. CONSTITUTION: This transparent overlay is provided with a transparent flexible cover sheet, the layer 14, of the hot melt adhesive material for which the glass transition temperature (Tg) is at least about -15 deg.C on one surface of the transparent cover sheet and the polymer image receiving layer 16 whose thickness is not larger than about 50μm on the exposed surface of the hot melt adhesive material layer 14. That is, the transparent overlay 10 is provided with the transparent flexible cover sheet 12, especially a thermoplastic film, and a hot melt adhesive material layer 14 and the polymer image receiving layer 16 whose exposed surface receives mirror images 18 formed by a thermal transfer system for instance are provided on the cover sheet 12. Thus, the transparent overlay to be permanently laminated on a document is provided.</p> |
