<p>PURPOSE:To readily manufacture a scroll type fluid machine while securing a sufficient degree of the accuracy of machining by forming both scroll members of moldings, and finishing at least end plates into almost the same configuration and the same size. CONSTITUTION:Since this scroll type fluid machine comprises both scroll members 30, 40 formed by plastic moldings, the time end cost for machining are both reduced and so its manufacture is facilitated. Both scroll members 30, 40 are set as the same configuration and the same size except spiral pieces 39, 49 and so both metal molds used for molding the scroll members 30, 40 can be formed with almost the same configuration and the same size and requirements for molding them can also be made equal, whereby both scroll members 30, 40 can be machined accurately. Since the spiral pieces 39, 49 are set as symmetrical configuration, both scroll members 30, 40 can be formed using a common metal mold by reversing metal molds for molding the spiral pieces 39, 49; which should further enhance the accuracy of machining.</p> |
