PURPOSE: To prevent disorders due to leakage and to improve cooling efficiency by providing the network of heat conductors, which are mutually mechanically and thermally connected and respectively sealed. CONSTITUTION: By forming the heat transmission network with which metal rails 5, 7 and 11 are respectively provided with heat pipes 8, 10 and 12 and mutually connected transmit heat diffused by electronic elements 1 and 2 to a heat exchanger 13, high cooling efficiency can be obtained. In this case, since all the heat pipes are individually sealed, the disorder in one heat pipe can prevent the generation of disorder at any other heat pipe and the network. |
