PURPOSE:To effectively control to alternately turn ON two output circuits by outputting a predetermined signal from a first differential amplifier only during a period in which the level of a self-oscillating circuit becomes lower than a first bias voltage, and outputting a predetermined signal from a second differential amplifier only during a period in which it becomes higher. CONSTITUTION:A first differential amplifier 13 outputs an output circuit drive signal of a positive level only during a period ln which the level of the output signal of a self-oscillating circuit 10 becomes lower than a first bias voltage V1 of a low level. A second differential amplifier 14 outputs an output circuit drive signal of a positive level only during a period in which the level of the output signal of the circuit 10 becomes higher than a second bias voltage V2 of a high level. Accordingly, first and second output circuits 14, 15 are alternately operated to drive first and second loads LD1 and LD2, respectively. |
