PURPOSE:To obtain the shock wave crushing medical treatment device which can execute efficiently a medical treatment by providing a synthesizing means for generating image information and medical treatment condition information stored in a storage means to a frame image and giving it to a display means. CONSTITUTION:The above device is provided with a first ultrasonic vibrator group 22 for allowing an applicator 10 to generate a shock wave by an ultrasonic wave, and also, obtaining an envelope waveform by an ultrasonic echo, and a second ultrasonic vibrator group 24 for obtaining a tomography image, and its electric circuit is constituted of a tomography image device 40, a first vibrator group transmitting/receiving circuit 50, a controller 60 for controlling them in a lump, a console 70 for giving an operation command, a position controller 80, a plane memory 90 for storing medical treatment condition information, a synthesizer 100 of image information and medical treatment condition information, and a monitor 110 for displaying a refined frame image. In such a state, when the image information and the medical treatment condition information are denoted as BI and OI1, respectively, a composite image SI1 is refined and displayed on the monitor 110. Accordingly, the image information and the medical treatment condition information at the same point of time can be observed on the same screen, and an efficient medical treatment can be executed. |
