PURPOSE:To obtain a thermal transfer recording sheet satisfactory in shelf stability and excellent in traveling reliability by providing the substrate surface on the side opposite to that of a coloring material layer with a heat-resisting lubricating layer containing the reaction product of a silicone graft acrylic resin having hydroxyl group and isocyanates and a lubricant. CONSTITUTION:A silicone graft acrylic resin is a graft copolymer shaped in such manner that an acrylic polymer having hydroxyl group forms a backbone and a silicone chain is added to the side chain of the polymer, polyisocyanates such as di-isocyanate and tri-isocyanate can be cited as isocyanates, and the reaction product obtained by reacting the acrylic resin and isocyanates so that the equivalence ratio of isocyanate group/hydroxyl group becomes 0.5-2, is mixed with the title sheet. Also, particulate inorganic lubricants, silicon lubricants, a part of surface active agents, etc., can be cited as lubricants and their mixing quantity is 1-20wt.% to the silicone graft acrylic resin. Further, the application thickness of a heat-resisting lubricating layer is 0.1-4mum and paper and various resin films are used as a substrate. |
