PURPOSE:To execute stable and high accurate laser beam machining by providing a machining condition data controller for executing rising-up and falling- down controls in each machining condition datum based on machining condition command. CONSTITUTION:The machining condition data controller 10 controls the machining condition data (average output, duty, number of frequency, etc.) as exponential function (first-order lag) based on the actual time constant, droop quantity and each machining condition command given from a program analytic part 6 corresponding to each machining condition command stored in a control data storing part 9 and outputs to an output control unit 11. The output control unit 11 obtains oscillator output based on the received machining condition data and the oscillator output (beam output) feedback obtd. from an output detector 13 and outputs to an oscillator 12. |
