<p>PURPOSE:To certainly and rapidly mount a pouring port to a film by a method wherein a continuous film is stretched so that the surface becoming the inner surface of a infusion bag of the film is turned upwardly and a hole is opened to the central part of the film in the material direction thereof and the pouring port is mounted to the hole so that a base plate comes into contact with the upper surface of the film to integrate the base plate and the film by heat sealing. CONSTITUTION:A film 1 is sent at every one pitch in a stretched state by an intermittent transfer apparatus 2 so that the surface becoming the inner surface of a infusion bag of the film 1 is turned upwardly and a hole 4 is opened to the central part of the film 1 in the lateral direction thereof by a perforation apparatus 3. A pair of left and right support jigs 12 are provided to the leading end of a conveyor 11 and a suction head 13 falls at a pouring port mounting position 7 after the support jigs 12 escape in the lateral direction and a pouring port 9 is inserted in the hole 4 of the film 1 so that a base plate 10 comes into contact with the upper surface of the film 1. Almost at the same time when the suction head 13 mounts a saddle 8 to the film 1, a heating plate 14 rises from the part below the film 1 and the base plate 10 of the saddle 8 is held between the suction head 13 and the film 1 to heat-seal the saddle 8 to the film 1. By this method, the mounting of the pouring port 9 to the film 1 is completed.</p> |
