An emboss portion (23), which has a transparent resin layer (24) and a colored resin layer (25) stacked on the transparent resin layer (24), is formed in a card body (11). Sequentially, the emboss portion (23) is cut, thereby forming a desired embossing pattern (16) having two resin layers (24, 25).
