PURPOSE:To remove noxious gas generated from crustaceans and to preserve crustaceans in fresh state over a long period by mixing a porous material to a cushioning material, filling the mixture in a container and putting and packing fresh crustaceans such as lobster and crab in the container. CONSTITUTION:Crustaceans are packaged in a container filled with a cushioning material mixed with a porous material (e.g. zeolite, cristobalite, clinoptilolite or OHYA stone having fine pores of 2-3,000Angstrom in diameter). |
