A process and a device for filling by vibration in a pasting bath electrodes with welded-on current lead tabs are described. A retaining tool, which is connected to a vertical rotating shaft, supports the electrode and a reflection body arranged above it, and immerses said electrode into the pasting bath. After filling of the electrode support has been completed, the retaining tool moves said support, and the reflection body back out of the pasting bath. Subsequently, the excess paste is spun off the electrode support by rotation of the vertical rotating shaft above the pasting bath, the reflection body also being cleaned of the paste. The vibration oscillations emerging from the base of the pasting container are reflected in the paste by the reflection body, as a result of which the fluidity of the pasting bath is increased in the vibration field and the electrode support is filled quickly and more completely. |
