PURPOSE:To make uneven pattern mutistage, by making to contain the line of narrow width and the spot of small area in the part printed by the ink having ultraviolet ray screening effect, when manufacturing the foamed object having the uneven pattern, utilizing crosslinking reaction by ultraviolet ray radiation. CONSTITUTION:A foamable synthetic resin sheet 1 is prepared by applying the synthetic resin compound containing ultraviolet ray crosslinkable substance, photosensitizer and foaming agent on a substrate 2, then performing gelation by heat. And the sheet 1 is printed by the ink 3 having the ultraviolet screening effect in proper spacing, also it is made to contain the line of width less than 1.5mm. and/or the spot of area less than 3mm.<2> in the printed part. Then, after ultraviolet ray irradiation it is heat foamed made into said foamed object. By this, the foaming degree of the line part of width less than 1.5mm. and the spot part of area less than 3mm.<2> is decreased compared to the other printed part and their height is lowered, so the multistage uneven pattern is obtained. |
