PURPOSE:To simply and efficiently input plural observations for plural examinees from the same screen by generating a clinical observation input screen for inputting a view of plural item parts of plural examinees, and inputting successively the views in a lump. CONSTITUTION:A setup processing part generates a clinical observation input screen 3 for which every examinee has an input field 1 for inputting an observation of plural item parts, respectively in accordance with designation of a group of the view and designation of the item part of the view. In such a state, in accordance with a fact that a doctor inputs successively the observations in a lump with regard to plural examinees from the displayed view input, a data processing part fetches and saves it. In such a way, plural views of plural examinees can be inputted simply and efficiently from the same screen. |
