PURPOSE:To finds the cause of a fault speedily and know a repair item by tracing a fault tree and displaying >=1 fault repair item after one cause is reached. CONSTITUTION:When a press 2 is faulty and an operator selects a monitoring function of the diagnostic device 3 with a key 5, the type figure of the press 2 is displayed and, for example, die clamper abnormality is displayed in red. An abnormal state list is displayed by operating the key 5 again. When a specific point is specified, diagnostic processing is carried out interactively following the fault tree to find the cause of the fault, and while a message is displayed, manual keys are specified as some of function keys. When a specific key 5 is pressed, the repair item corresponding to the cause of the fault is displayed. The cause of the fault is displayed together with its probability to speedily know the repair item. |
