PURPOSE:To attain call restriction with high degree of freedom suitable for the state of traffic by restricting the originating, incoming call and talking to each mobile subscriber equipment for each radio zone and time. CONSTITUTION:A call restriction means restricting outgoing and incoming call between a control station 11 and a mobile subscriber equipment 41, that is, a control section 12 restricts the outgoing, incoming call and talking to each mobile subscriber equipment 41 for each radio zone and time to attain different service in terms of areas and time. Thus, when a moving subscriber equipment 41 whose reception of outgoing and incoming call has priority exists almost in specific radio zones 21-23 or the outgoing and incoming call is requested for nearly a specific time, the restriction to other mobile subscriber equipments 41 is relieved and call restrict with high degree of freedom is attained. |
