PURPOSE:To improve stability by providing a refrigerant entrance part at an area which is not a conductor connection part connecting each solenoid and by making all conductor connection parts connecting the solenoids the exit sides of the refrigerant. CONSTITUTION:Each solenoid is divided into upper and lower parts, a refrigerant entrance pipe 4 is provided at an intermediate point 8, and this intermediate point 8 is not a conductor connection part 3 and is continuous as a superconductor. The conductor connection part 3 connecting each solenoid 1 are provided with an exit piping 5 of the refrigerant for discharging the refrigerant flowing through a reinforced cooling conductor. Thus, since the refrigerant entrance side is not a connection part, a specified low-temperature refrigerant flows at the solenoid part and a connection part, and heat build-up at the conductor connection part 3 is dissipated to the outside through a refrigerant exit piping 5, thus keeping the superconductor to be at low temperature and improving stability. |
