PURPOSE:To prevent the collision of supervisory and controlling time slots by giving the use permission of the supervisory and controlling time slot to a subscriber according to prescribed priority from a radio base station when the requirement of using the supervisory and controlling time slot is generated. CONSTITUTION:A radio base station 10 is provided with a use requirement monitoring means 11, a repeater station 20 is provided with a use requirement repeating means 21, and subscriber stations 31-3n accommodating plural subscribers 31a-3ni are provided with use requirement informing means 311-3n1 and when the requirement using the supervisory and controlling time slot is generated from the subscribers 31a-3ni, the subscriber stations 31-3n use the use requirement informing means 311-3n1 to inform the occurrence to a radio base station 10 via the repeater station 20. When the use requirement monitoring means 11 of the radio base station 10 recognizes the occurrence of the use requirement of the supervisory and controlling time slot, the means 11 gives the use permission of the supervisory and controlling time slot via a control section 12 according to prescribed priority. Thus, the collision of the supervisory and controlling time slot is avoided. |
