<p>PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy by setting a third coordinate point as a sampling point in the case an angle difference of a vector made by a second and a first coordinate points and a vector by a first and a third coordinate points is larger than a prescribed angle difference. CONSTITUTION:In a coordinate point register B 114, coordinate point information brought to sampling in the end is stored, and in a coordinate point register 113, coordinate point information brought to sampling before that is stored, and in a coordinate point register register C 115, the present coordinate point information is stored. In such a state, a vector A consisting of data of the register A 113 and data of the register B 114, and a vector B consisting of the register B 114 and the register C 115 are derived. Subsequently, in the case an angle difference of the vector A and B is larger than a value stored in an angle difference register 116, a value of the register B 114 is substituted in the register A 113, and a value of the register C 115 is substituted in the register B 114. In such a way, a feature point such as the corner of a character always comes to a sampling point, and a recognition rate of a handwritten character recognition processing is improved.</p> |
