<p>PURPOSE:To enable the preparation of a process schedule exempt from shortage in the number of inventory by providing a predictive simulation part for performing inventory simulation on the basis of production following a process schedule prepared by a process schedule preparing part. CONSTITUTION:There are provided with an inventory simulation part 11 for computing data showing the production number and production completing date of each kind of product on the basis of the number of inventory and the estimated number of delivery, a process schedule preparing part 12 for preparing a process schedule on the basis of the data computed at the inventory simulation part 11, and a predictive simulation part 14 for performing inventory simulation on the basis of the production following the process schedule prepared at the process schedule preparing part 12. The process schedule preparing part 12 prepares such a process schedule as to correspond to the capacity and productive efficiency of a plant on the basis of the data computed at the inventory simulation part 11, and when production is performed according to the prepared process schedule, inventory simulation based on the products is performed at the predictive simulation part 14.</p> |
