PURPOSE:To recognize the state of a crossing in front and the sense of distance intuitively by displaying stereoscopically the shape of a road and the shape of the crossing by means of the perspective or similar method. CONSTITUTION:When a vehicle enters a communication area where a data is sent, for example, a display as shown in the Figure is implemented onto a display device 62. In this embodiment, all the received data are not always used and the shape of a road is expressed in a form applying the perspective method, a main line 720 is displayed in yellow color and a branch line 721 is displayed in a different color (green). The main line has the same name as that of lines during current driving and the main line is easily identified from the name of lines of a point receiving the information and the name of branch lines. The state of the crossing is displayed stereoscopically and the distance to the crossing is displayed graphically, then the state of the crossing in front and the sense of distance are recognized by intuition. |
