<p>PURPOSE:To prepare the title ink compsn. suitably used in ink jet recording with a head made of an amorphous thermoplastic resin by compounding, as its main components, an oil-sol. dye, a wetting agent, a silicone oil, and an aliph. hydrocarbon solvent and specifying the viscosity. CONSTITUTION:The title ink compsn., effectively used in ink jet recording with a head made of an amorphous thermoplastic resin such as a polysulfone resin, mainly comprises 20wt.% or lower oil-sol. dye, normally 5-30wt.% wetting agent (e.g. a liq. fatty acid such as oleic acid or polyethylene glycol monooleyl ether), 30-70wt.% silicone oil, and 30-70wt.% aliph. hydrocarbon solvent (e.g. n-dodecane), and has a viscosity of 10cP or lower.</p> |
