MANUFACTURE FOR NONMETALLIC TIRE NON-SKID DEVICE

PURPOSE:To constitute the non-skid device so that compression moldability is kept favorable, the device can be taken out in a short time and a form of a meshy molded body is not spoiled, by a method wherein a molding material comprised by covering a reinforcement core body with unvulcanized rubber is compression-molded after the molding material is woven in a meshy state by making use of a premolding mold comprised of a flexible material. CONSTITUTION:A stringlike molding material 1 obtained by covering the surface of a reinforced core body 2 with unvulcanized rubber 3 by extrusion molding is fitted in a groove 21 of a premolding mold 20 according to a fixed route and woven in a meshy state by stretching around while molding a crossing part 4 at a crossing point of the groove 21. Then the woven molding material 1 in a meshy state is pressed. Then meshy molded body 5 obtained by compression-molding the molding material like this is taken out of the groove 21 and charged into a groove 31 of a vulcanizing mold 30. A non-skid main body 10 is manufactured by releasing the meshy molded body 5 from the vulcanizing mold 30 after vulcanization of the meshy molded body 5 charged into the groove 31 of the vulcanizing mold 30.
