PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for wiring of a line part and to improve the workability by constituting a microstrip line circuit with a metallic plate having a connection projection, providing a throughhole to a printed circuit board of the part opposite to the metallic plate and forming a matching pattern on the throughhole with the metallic plate. CONSTITUTION:An impedance matching pattern is made of a brass plate 22 between an input section 25 and an amplifier element 23. A projection 26 is provided in the middle of the brass plate 22 and the projection is used to be soldered to the pattern. Moreover, a board 21 opposite to the brass plate 22 is pierced and the size of a pierced part 16 of the brass plate 22 in the direction A is larger by 0.4-1.0mm and that in the direction B is smaller by 1.0-2.0mm. Thus, the mount of the brass plate 22 is made stable and the soldering of the projection 26 of the brass plate 22 is facilitated. Thus, the wiring between boards is omitted and a high frequency amplifier with excellent workability is realized. |
