RAW SHEET FOR LAMINATED TUBE

摘要

PURPOSE:To attempt to form a tube with good surface luster and transparency and providing easily beautiful appearance by means of printing by positioning a longitudinally uniaxially oriented multi-layered film on the face which turns to the outside when it is made into a tube. CONSTITUTION:A raw sheet for a laminated tube is prepared by adhering one face of an aluminum foil 1 with a low density polyethylene film 3 by using an ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer layer 2 as an adhesive layer by means of extrusion lamination method and adhering an opposite face with a longitudinally uniaxitially rolled multi-layered film 7 with a three-layered structure consisting of a low density polyethylene 4, a high density polyethylene 5 and a low density polyethylene 6 by using an ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer layer 8 as an adhesive layer by means of an extrusion sandwich lamination method. The raw sheet for the laminated tube provides a laminated tube with especially excellent physical properties when the thickness of the uniaxially oriented multi-layered film is about 0.02-0.15mm, the thickness of the high density polyethylene of the multi-layered film is about 0.005-0.075mm and the thickness of the surface layer is about 0.01mm or thicker.
