The system consists in drilling a very deep hole, of the order of 500 m, in the actual area where the waste is generated and establishing in the bottom of the hole an encasing body 1 within which an inner tubular body 4 is accommodated, the latter incorporating a solid head 9, filled with concrete and of frustoconical configuration, which is sealed against a frustoconical sector 2 of the encasing body, with interposition of a lead seal 10. The inner annular body 4 defines the chamber 11 for receiving the waste, a chamber closed at the bottom by the head 9 and which at the top, after it has been filled, is closed by means of a cover 13 also provided with a lead seal 15. <IMAGE>
