PURPOSE:To enable printing plural times by providing an ink layer are consisting of thermally sublimable dye dispersed in a particle state in a polymer material binder and a dye-receptive material feed layer are containing dye- receptive material on a base. CONSTITUTION:Dye is allowed to be present as a solid particle in a sink layer. The grain dia. of the dye particle is large enough to allow multiprinting and is smaller than the film thickness of an ink layer. The 1, 3, 8, 9, 16, 41, 54, 60 and 77 of C.I. dispersed yellow are used as a sublimable dye. Thermally plastic resin is used as a polymer material binder. A thermally plastic elastomer is preferable as a thermally plastic resin. The dye-receptive material feed layer area containing dye-receptive material is composed of the dye-receptive material of relatively lower melting point carried in the structure of a fine, porous texture of high melting point resin. The dye-receptive material is oil and the fine, porous resin texture should preferably be PVC. |
