PURPOSE:To obtain the sintered body which does not contain the residues of sintering in holes by transferring specific hole-forming materials packed into plural pieces of hollow grooves on the surface of a base material as projecting lines onto the surface of green sheets, laminating these sheets and press welding and calcining the laminates. CONSTITUTION:The hole-forming materials 2 are packed into the hollow grooves 1a of the base material 1. The materials 2 consist of >=1 kinds of org. materials (paraffin wax, etc.) which are thermally melted or decomposed at the temp. lower than the temp. of the org. binder incorporated into the green sheets 2, sublimatable materials which sublimate at the temp. lower than the thermal decomposition initiation temp. of these org. materials, and powder materials which are decomposed to evaporate without melting at the temp. higher than the thermal decomposition end temp. of the above-mentioned org. materials. The green sheet 3 essentially consisting of a ceramics material is formed on the surface of such base material 1 and is peeled therefrom to provide the hole patterns 6 of the projecting lines consisting of the material 2. Such sheets 3 are laminated and the laminate 4 is press-stuck and in calcined, by which the sintered body A having the holes 5 is obtd. |
