At least one of the surface layers 6, 7 is formed by overlapping a first layer of padding 10 which consists of a soft padding material and a second layer of padding 11 which consists of a semi-hard padding material which has a surface 13 with depressions and projections on the surface on the protective sheet 4. <IMAGE>
