PURPOSE:To attempt to perform inexpensively mass production of an automotive interior panel by sucking a part facing to an empty room of a skin material adhered to an interior panel base into the empty room, pressing a part on the peripheral edge of an opening by means of a top force and adhering a base part of the part sucked into the empty room on an end edge of the interior panel base. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 3 set between a receiving mold 4 and a top force 7 is vacuum- molded and adhered on an interior panel base 1 supported by the receiving mold 4 by a suction pressure and then, the top force 7 is lowered to a position where the mold face of the top force presses the skin material 3 to the peripheral edge of an opening part 2 of the interior panel base 1 to form an air space 8 surrounded by the skin material 3 and the top force 7 between the top force 7 and a pressing valve 6. When the pressing valve 6 is retreated and a suction pressure is acted in an empty room 5, a part of the skin material 3 which is not adhered on the interior panel base 1 and is faced to the opening part 2 of the interior panel base 1 is sucked along the inner wall of the empty room 5 through the opening part 2 and is formed in a thinned bag shape. Then, air in the air space 8 is compressed by forwarding the pressing valve 6 and the base part of the bag-shaped part adjoining to the opening edge of the opening part 2 of the skin material 3 is pressed and adhered to the rear side of the opening edge of the interior panel base 1. |
