PURPOSE:To form stably a fine linear body comprised of an electrically-conductive material on a ceramic sintered body, by a method wherein after filling of the electrically-conductive material into a recessed groove by making use of a base in the surface of which a plurality of the recessed grooves are provided, a linear body of the electrically-conductive material is transferred on a green sheet surface and then the same is fired. CONSTITUTION:A recessed groove of a base 1 is filled with an electrically-conductive material 2. A metal, for example, gold or silver or platinum or palladium or copper or aluminum or an alloy metal of those or a metallic oxide such as ruthenium oxide or metallic carbide such as silicon carbide or carbon is used as the electrically- conductive material 2 and electrically-conductive paste or resistant paste containing powder or linear body of those is used preferably. Then after a green sheet 3 is provided on the surface of the base 1, the green sheet 3 is peeled off from the base 1 and the linear body 6 comprised of the electrically-conductive material 2 is transferred to the surface of the green sheet 3. The green sheet 3 is of a molded body before firing, which contains a ceramic material and organic binder and possesses insulation properties after the firing. The green sheet 3 on the surface of which a plurality of the linear bodies (electric circuit pattern) 6 are formed is fired. |
