PURPOSE:To easily combine a female mold and a male mold and to contrive automation by specifying both the engagement gap of diameter of a chamfering part for a guide in the hole inlet of an engagement part for molding and the engagement gap for molding and the guide in a mold constituted of the female and male molds whose molding face are formed of the end face of a shaft and the bottom face of the hole. CONSTITUTION:In order to engage the engagement parts 3 for molding wherein the molding faces 4 are formed of the end face of the shaft of a male mold 2 and the bottom face of the hole of a female mold 1, the engagement parts 5 for a guide are provided which start engagement before engaging the engagement parts 3. An engagement gap being the difference of hole diameter Gh and shaft diameter Gs of the engagement parts 5 is made larger than the engagement gap being the difference of hole diameter Ph and shaft diameter Ps of the engagement parts 3 and is not made larger than the difference of the maximum diameter Ig and hole diameter Ph of a chamfering part for the guide. In other words, these are shown in the following expression. (Ph-Ps)<(Gh-Gs)<=(Ig-Ph). Thereby the engagement parts 5 are easily engaged even in a mold for molding glass wherein the engagement gap (Ph-Ps) is made extremely small. When the positional phase of the hole is allowed to coincide with the shaft of the engagement part 3 while keeping this engagement as a center, the shaft end of the mold 2 is inserted into the maximum diameter Ig. Thereby the engagement parts 3 are engaged without twisting the shaft. |
