PURPOSE:To radiate heat of an ion laser tube making a refrigerant of water, etc., to be unnecessitated by a method wherein a hollow tube is constituted of an insulating material having large intensity against impact of ions, and heat pipes are arranged in the hollow tube. CONSTITUTION:The plasma fine tube 3 is provided between a cathode 1 and an anode 2, and Brewster windows 4, 4' a cathode bulb 8, and an anode bulb 9 are provided at both the ends of the fine tube 3 thereof. At the plasma fine tube 3 to constitute the discharging path, plural fine tubes 10 formed with a high heat transmitting electric insulator of beryllia porcelain, etc., are inserted in a tube 5' manufactured with quartz glass to constitute a vacuum package, and moreover heat pipes 20 consisting of outside cylinders manufactured with a metal are arranged as to come in contact with the inside walls of the fine tube 10. Accordingly heat generated by electric discharge in space 11 is transmitted to the heat pipes 20 through the tube walls of the tubes 10, and is discharged to the air from radiating fins 21. |
