PURPOSE:To secure illumination stable for an operator by operating a time relay to count immediately after the output of a signal from an automatic light adjuster by automatic association control, and activating the relay to send a signal indicative of an accident to the exterior if a contactor is not turned on the basisd of the signal. CONSTITUTION:Immediately after the output of a command signal of general lamp control, light adjustment control, residual lamp control or the like from an automatic light adjuster 1, a time relay 20 starts to count. When corresponding contractors 2, 5 or 3 is turned on according to the command signal, a corresponding auxiliary relay 18 or 19 is activated to cut off the circuit of the relay 20 during counting at a contact point (b), thereby performing normal control. If the contactor is not turned on due to operational deficiency of an auxiliary relay, keep relay, diode or the like, the relay 18 or 19 is not activated, and the time circuit completes the counting to operate an auxiliary relay 21 for detecting an illumination control delay and send a signal indicative of an accident of the illumination control delay to the center. Consequently, a man in charge of maintenance can rapidly be informed of the accident.
