PURPOSE: To make it possible to form immune complex for natural protein or derivative, mutant, fragment or (synthetic) precursor by the antibody obtained by immunizing with peptide fragment highly preserved with the relative natural protein. CONSTITUTION: An antibody is obtained by immunizing with peptide fragment exhibiting amino acid sequence highly preserved with natural protein. The antibody contains a functional group disposed at the amino acid sequence on the front of the natural protein or charged and/or strong polarity or at least one amino acid selected from Asn, Asp, Pro, Gly, Gln, and Glu, or has 6 to 13 amino acid length. The natural protein is antibody made of insulin. Or, the amino acid sequence is antibody existing in insulin A or B chain. The peptide fragment is antibody made of insulin A chain (14-21) octapeptide.
