This syringe comprises a body (1) in which a plunger (15, 16) slides, and a needle (4) supported by an end-piece (5); the means (6, 7, 8, 22) for assembly of the end-piece (5) permitting the retraction of the needle (4) into the body (1) after use comprise a removable connection piece (8, 22) between the end-piece and the plunger (15, 16); the said connection piece (8, 22) comprises complementary threads formed on the front end of the plunger (15, 16) and on the rear end of the end-piece (5). <IMAGE>
