DNA SEQUENCE HAVING GENETIC INFORMATION OF LIPOPROTEIN LIPASE

PURPOSE:To provide the DNA of a gene coding a lipoprotein lipase(LPL) originated from a microorganism for the effective production of the LPL and the clarification of the structure of the LPL by comprising the DNA sequence of the gene coding the LPL originated from the microorganism. CONSTITUTION:The DNA sequence of a gene coding a lipoprotein lipase originated from a microorganism. The gene coding the LPL is preferably one originated from a microorganism belonging to the Pseudomonas genus. The DNA sequence is preferably one coding an amino acid sequence of the figure. The DNA sequence includes not only the natural DNA sequence but also other DNA sequences coding the amino acid sequence of the LPL. The DNA sequence can be artificially modified at a specific site of the basic DNA by a genetic recombination technique without changing the fundamental characteristics thereof or for improving the characteristics.
