PURPOSE:To attain low power consumption by permitting service when effective valuable mark information read out from each data track coincides with each other when the service is started. CONSTITUTION:When the service is completed, an available value is subtracted from the effective valuable mark information, and it is erased with a reading/ erasing part 22 in common for all data tracks. When the service is started, it can be permitted when the effective valuable mark information read out from each data track coincides with each other. Thereby, it is possible to suppress the consumption of mechanical and electrical energy without performing erasure and confirmation at every frequency of use. |
