Compounds of the following Formula I are novel inhibitors and some at least of said compounds selectively inhibit MAO-B: wherein:- R1 and R2 independently represent hydrogen, chlorine or fluorine: R3 represents hydrogen or (C1-C4) alkyl; and X represents oxygen or sulfur. They are useful for the treatment of depression and, co-administered with L-dopa, in the treatment of Parkinsonism.
