PURPOSE:To prevent dust in dry weather and mud caused by rainwater by spraying a reddish yellow sand containing colloid or silt with a mixture of PVA solution and quick lime. CONSTITUTION:A reddish yellow sand containing colloid or silt, for example, is sprayed with (A) 2% aqueous solution of 10% PVA and (B) 7.5% quick lime which are blended while stirring or made into a milky state, heat is lightly generated, solidified particles are formed in a short time and the reddish yellow sand is made into a water-resistant self-solidified material. |
