SELF-DRILLING INJECTING HYDRAULIC ANCHOR

The hydraulic self drilling rock anchor, is used esp. for drilling loose rock of practically the same compressive strength. It can consolidate the rock through injection and make safe the voids. It consists of a tube deformed along its length by an involuted slot (1), and having at one end a coupling sleeve (4) with a side filler opening (10), and at the other end a closure sleeve (3) with a drill cutter. There is a central axial boring (9) which carries the fluid for injection. USE/ADVANTAGE - System combines the drilling and injection processes for producing a rock anchor.
