PURPOSE:To enable arbitrary adjustment of a temperature coefficient of a temperature- to-output voltage characteristic and to enable application of the title circuit, as it is, to various circuits by connecting a bridge circuit including a variable resistance in parallel to a diode through which a prescribed current is made to flow. CONSTITUTION:A bridge circuit comprising a variable resistance VR enabling a change of a resistance ratio between resistances r1 and r2 and resistances R1 and R2 connected in series is connected in parallel to a diode 1. Resistances R3 and R4 are connected to the opposite ends of the diode 1 respectively and a power supply terminal (a negative power supply -V) 2 is connected to the other end of the resistance R3, while the other end of the resistance R4 is grounded. Output voltage terminals 3 and 4 are connected to a movable contact of the variable resistance VR and the node of the resistances R1 and R2 respectively, and a construction is made so that output voltages from these output voltage terminals 3 and 4 are detected and that a difference between them is detected. By adjusting the variable resistance VR of the bridge circuit and thereby varying the resistance ratio between the resistances r1 and r2, according to this constitution, a temperature coefficient of a temperature-to-output voltage characteristic as a detecting circuit can be varied arbitrarily. |
