PURPOSE:To enable an additional wiring to be quickly executed without inducing a short circuit and requiring an additional wiring area by a method wherein the disconnection of an inner circuit is detected, a repairing pattern is converted into a printing screen, and conductive paste is screen-printed through the printing screen concerned. CONSTITUTION:When the disconnection of an inner circuit 1 is detected through the intermediary of through-holes 2a and 2b, an additional circuit 16 of a repairing pattern is formed on a printing screen as converted basing on the detected data concerned. Conductive paste 10 is printed between outer lands 2 of the through-holes 2a and 2b to form an additional circuit 6. Therefore, a disconnected part is not required to be connected with a jumper wire and an additional wiring can be quickly executed without a short circuit and an additional wiring area. |
