Device for the packaging and one-by-one dispensing of solid products such as granules which it encloses in a case having a dispensing spout whose outlet coincides with an opening (S) in a stopper or cap (2) coupled with the case when the device is put into the state of dispensing by pressing the top of the case and displacing the latter in translation with respect to the cap. It includes means of partition and sampling (22) defining in the case an outlet lock chamber into which no other granule is allowed during use other than the granule (G) to be dispensed first.
