PURPOSE:To solve a question point of a transducer of the DC feedback system, by heating one resistance element of two resistance modules by an input signal, heating the other resistance element by a DC signal, and holding both the modules at a constant temperature. CONSTITUTION:This transducer is provided with resistance modules S1, S2 in which a heater resistance element H and a temperature detecting resistance element Rs have been placed nearby respectively, and an electric bridge TB which contains elements Rs1, Rs2 in said modules and detects a temperature difference of S1 and S2 are provided. Also, this transducer is provided with a means for applying an input signal to an element H11 of the module S1 and heating this element by electric power of the input signal, and a means for applying a prescribed DC signal to an element H21 of the module S2 and heating this element by electric power of the DC signal. Furthermore, it is provided with a means for applying an output signal which has amplified a DC signal corresponding to a temperature difference detected by said electric bridge TB, by an error amplifier A1, to an element H12 of the module S1, and controlling a temperature of this element, so that both the resistance modules S1, S2 can be held at a prescribed constant temperature. |
