<p>An air-filtering unit comprises a container (1) which is equipped with a lid (2) and a partition (7) carrying filter tubes (9). Polluted air is taken in through an inlet pipe (3), and filtered air is evacuated through an outlet pipe (5). The lid (2) is connected to the container (1) by a hinge (17) in such a manner that it can be pivoted between a closed and an open position. In the lid (2) is arranged a grille (18) for a coarse-filter layer (19) adapted to separate coarse particles from the incoming air in an initial filtering step. After the inlet pipe (3) has been disconnected, a bag (26) can be applied on the lid so as to receive the coarse-filter layer and the particles intercepted thereby, after the lid has been outwardly pivoted to the open position.</p> |
