The hydropneumatic piston-cylinder arrangement is esp. for use as a telescopic strut for a vehicle suspension system. It has an annular space (10) filled with a hydraulic medium and a spring chamber (20) filled with a gas. The spring chamber is arranged on the side of the dividing piston (16) directed towards and closed cylinder end (6), and the connection (42) for the annular space (10) is positioned in the end region (22) of the piston rod (14). USE/ADVANTAGE - Piston-cylinder arrangement with a movable cylinder without the mechanical stresses of pipe connections.
